View of a grape cluster from our lands. From our point of view, it represents Rotllan Torra’s work, love and intentions, together with agricultural innovation and development. |

Jordi and Albert Rotllan are pressing the grape which has just arrived from the plantations. The cutting from the stock, delivery to the winery and destemming processes take place in no more than 3 hours. The juice of the grape goes directly to the stainless steel deposits, where the fermentation process takes place, except from the one which is used for Tirant, which goes directly to a special conical shaped wooden cask. |

The grape harvest, though hard, is the most magical time for us. This image shows the vast volume of grape we receive on a daily basis during approximately a month and a half. On the right side, there are the French oak casks, where the Blanquerna’s alcoholic fermentation takes place. |
