Tasting the excellence of our wines
As you all know, this winery was built by the Carthusian monks of Scaladei about 500 years ago. We have tried to preserve the environment and have chosen a decoration that fits in .
The tasting room is the place where our clients, suppliers and distributors taste and enjoy our wines. It also houses the tasting process of our company experts that allows us to obtain a perfect coupage before the bottling process. Finally, in this tasting room journalists and wine critics of the national and international press taste the wine samples before the marketing of the wine.
All the casks are new and have Rotllan Torra’s logo. Changing the casks so often is very expensive, but it is necessary for our wines to obtain the maximum complexity and personality.
