A creative process

Rotllan Torra has put all his trust in a very professional bottling team in order to offer a high quality product. This process involves a huge investment, but the final result is well worth. This picture shows the capsule filler machine, a state-of-the-art mechanism which bottles 3,000 bottles/hour. It also extracts the oxygen from the space between the cork and the wine, which is necessary to keep the wine under optimal conditions.

This picture shows the bottle capping machine. Despite our limited production, we use two rotary heads, which allow us to obtain a perfect capsuling.

From the bottle capping machine to the labelling machine. This machine (with a capacity of 3,000 bottles/hour) has three heads, so we can put up to four labels at the same time.

We are constantly performing quality controls during the production processes. This picture shows Albert Rotllan Torra calibrating one of the machines. Despite being automated machines with robotic components, they need to be serviced and adjusted.
