AGING IN CASK

The art of aging in wood

Partial view of the casks where our wines are aged. These are the new fine grain American oak casks for Balandra, the Allier and Nevers French oak casks for Amadís, and the Tronçais French oak casks for Tirant. We also experiment with Russian and Eastern European oak.
