MISTELLE
This sweet wine is elaborated with 60% black grenache and 40% Carignane (old vineyard of coster (steep slope)) and is perfect as a dessert wine.
It is not as sweet as the rest of sweet wines, which is perfect for those who are not very fond of sweet dessert wines.
It is aged in oak casks during 3 years, so it is a fully ripe wine.
This is a very aromatic, tasty and exquisite mistelle, which you will surely like.
Tasting note: Mahogany with iodine tints. Powerful in nose, with aromas of straw wine, a touch of carob and long aging. Very supple in mouth, dense and with powerful and different tastes. Alcohol is very well integrated. Long.
