Cut of the days September 20-28 2001. The transport was quick and the grape cut for the morning it was pressed at noon.

  • Temperature of fermentation: 28ºC
  • Overcome: 2 every day
  • Time of fermentation: 12 days
  • Time of maceration: 24 days
  • Aging: 2 years in cask of American oak and 2 years in bottle
  • Temperature of service: 16ºC
  • Crop qualification: Excellent

Tasting Note: Of great attractiveness in their color, red pillory with tints violet and very covered, in nose it is surprising, complex. Aromas of wild fruit, leather and wood.
In mouth, it is stout and delicate, with good it loads "tanica", long and well structured. Good harmony. Balanced.
